Online course design and face-to-face training starts with a client consultation.
- Initial consultation, where we discuss your audience, industry, outcomes required, as well as the language, literacy and numeracy level of the proposed participants.
- Preliminary course design, where we storyboard the proposed online course, and present the initial course design. This includes proposed resources, video script concepts, interactive modules, games, and recommended assessment methods.
- Client review of the preliminary design elements of the course.
- Course development.
- Review, feedback and revisions.
- Final approval
